Of Late...

These days of the internet have brought out many new companies, acting as a gold mine for many people. People have jumped right in testing there hand at everything from photography, and graphic design to textile design, and for a lot of people it has worked. The people cashing in on the internet most likely don’t need to hold a “real” steady job, because they are managing their own company from home.
I’ve been really skeptical about jumping into the internet, but I see there is no better time then now.
Come mid-summer I’m looking to launch three business websites: one personal, and the other two will be there own companies; and I’m really excited about all of them.
The personal website will of course hold my portfolio, blog, and link to my other web sites. Along with being a website to tinker around with it will also serve as a spot where models can look at getting there face put on the infamous internet and hav clients request some work to get done.
The first business website that will be launched is "Seattle Customs.” SC will be for showcasing Seattleites’ custom rides. Browsers and members will be able to scan the website and look at some beautiful local models showing off some of Seattle’s greatest rides (I’m hoping to see a beautiful M3 coupe!), and learn about up coming gatherings; they will also be given my contact information so they can have their pride and joy photographed with or without (why would someone want their car showed off without a beautiful model, I have no idea) for a reasonable price.
The second site is one that I can see growing for years to come, “Seattle Syndicate.” SS is first going to be about skateboard decks and clothing. From there I see the company really growing into a design firm… or an artists studio where Seattle’s great artists can come together and show off there talents; this way we can really put Seattle on the map for design.
Fans of SS will be able to purchase decks and clothing online, but I’m looking to even distribute my products in what I consider some of Seattle’s coolest stores: Moksha, Snowboard Connection, Art Primo…
I would say it would be safe to start looking for the first SS decks to start selling on Board Pusher in late spring, early summer.
All in all 2007 is going to be a busy year for me, but this truly is the best time to start cashing in on what the internet can offer.

Ciao ~

Ha, I didn't see your comment until after I wrote the one above this. I've been doing alright, just hanging out and running a little clothing company. Its good to hear from you.
